1. Use of Service

BaseCore provides inventory management tools, reporting, and integration services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share accounts or access without authorization.
We may suspend accounts if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.

3. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require paid plans. Pricing and billing terms may be updated from time to time. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

4. Clover and Third-Party Integrations

If you connect BaseCore to Clover or other services, you authorize BaseCore to access and process the required data for syncing. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, or service interruptions.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of your business data. By using BaseCore, you grant us permission to store and process your data for service operation, analytics, and platform improvement.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use BaseCore for illegal purposes.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform.
Upload malicious code or harmful content.
Misuse integrations or attempt unauthorized data access.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep BaseCore available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party failures may result in downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

BaseCore is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, or data loss resulting from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also request account cancellation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
